Gypsum boards or ceiling tiles, metal channels, hangers and the cost of a false ceiling.
How this works
A gypsum board is 1.2 x 2.4 m (2.88 m²). Ceiling sections (furring) run every 450 mm, main channels every 1.2 m, hangers on a 1.2 m grid, and perimeter angle all round the walls. Grid ceilings use 600 x 600 mm tiles.
