The right mirror size and hanging height for a console, sink, mantel or bed.
How this works
A mirror should be about two thirds to three quarters of the width of the furniture under it, and never wider. Leave 15 to 25 cm above a console, bed or basin and 10 to 20 cm above a mantel. A full length mirror needs to be at least half your height to show your whole body.
