Find the pillow height (loft) that keeps your neck straight for how you sleep.
How this works
Your pillow should fill the gap between head and mattress so your neck stays level. Side sleepers need a loft close to the distance from neck to shoulder edge (about 10 to 15 cm). Back sleepers need 8 to 12 cm and stomach sleepers 5 to 8 cm. A soft mattress lets the shoulder sink, so it needs about 2 cm less.
