TV Mounting Height

How high to mount your TV so the centre of the screen meets your eyes.

How this works

The centre of the screen should be at seated eye height, usually 100 to 110 cm. Looking up more than 10° gets tiring, and over 15° strains your neck. If you must go higher, as above a fireplace, use a tilting mount angled down by the same amount.
