How this works
Area is length times depth for each run, minus the corner square counted twice, plus the island. We add 15% for cut-outs and waste, then divide by the slab size (about 4.2 m² for stone, 1.9 m² for a laminate or wood length). Installed prices per m² are 2026 mid-market averages.
